Empty Bowls 2014

February 26, 2014 was our second annual Empty Bowls event.  We asked volunteers help to make it an even bigger event than before, and they did!  For our second event, we saw a total of over 400 bowls and an even larger crowd than the year before.  In addition to seeing more bowls from people taking pottery classes, such as Girl Scout Troop #165, and Girl Scout Troop #1060, we also got a huge donation of 165 bowls from the students at South Warren High School.   In addition, some of those students entered the bowl they donated into an art contest in which we let the public select their favorite bowl.  If you would like to see the bowls which the students entered into the competition, click here.
